Tyler Rasch

Tyler believes systems-design, storytelling, and visualization are paramount to successful communication. With experience in startups, entertainment, advertising, and diplomacy, Tyler brings a broad spectrum of cross-sector experience to his work. Tyler has served on multiple advisory boards to Korean government institutions; including the Ministry of Justice, Korea Tourism Organization, and the Seoul City Government. Prior to moving to Seoul, Tyler worked at the Korean Embassy to the United States, the US Senate Judiciary Committee, and the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Tyler is an alumna of the University of Chicago and received his M.A. in International Relations from Seoul National University.


Ronnie Kim

Ronnie is a polyglot networker with a passion for facing new challenges and learning through cross-pollination between industries. Having lived in Argentina, Spain, China, and the United States, Ronnie is fluent in Korean, Chinese, English, and Spanish languages and professional cultures. Prior to joining the t-able team, Ronnie worked in social media management at Dingo TV, marketing at L’Oréal, and translation at the Philippines Department of Tourism. Ronnie also happens to have a B.A. from the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.


Caroline Hamminga

Caroline is what makes the world turn when it comes to the efficiency and efficacy of a business. With a keen eye and a strong sense of goal oriented prioritization, Caroline can make any complicated situation clear as day. Fluent in Dutch, English, and Korean, Caroline is another polyglot on our team. Before joining us, Caroline developed management and communication systems for municipal governments in the Netherlands. Caroline received her BA in Business Administration at the NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences and is currently studying her MA in International Business at Ewha Womans University.


Taeheon Kim
Visual Design & Branding

Taeheon is a product designer with a deeply intuitive sense for emotive design and user experience. Having lived in Seoul, Houston, Seattle, New York, and London, Taeheon brings a truly global perspective and the latest trends to everything he does. His holistic understanding of design enhances connections and augments value. A polyglot, Taeheon speaks Korean, English, and Japanese with a side of French, Dutch, and German. After studying architecture at Pratt Institute, he moved on to receive his BA in Product Design with First Class Honors from Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.


Borami Kang
Visual Design & Branding

Borami is a visual communication expert backslash globe-trotting graphic designer who can make the most complicated and technical concepts easy for anyone to understand even at a glance. A recipient of the Red Dot Design Award in 2013 for her work in communication design, Borami has extensive experience with brand identity, UI/UX, and web & app design. Like everyone else on the t.able team she’s also multilingual. Borami has a B.A. in graphic design from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.


Jamie Lee

Jamie is t-able’s most recent undergraduate intern who joined this June. As a neuroscience major, she is interested in how and what makes an individual tick. She enjoys making connections with people from different cultures, backgrounds, and fields of study. Having worked as a research assistant in labs ranging from biology and chemistry to neuroscience, she hopes to explore fields beyond natural sciences by studying other disciplines such as economics and psychology. Jamie finished her second year at Columbia University this May and will start her third year this coming fall.
